Q: How do I request an entry code, call box listing, or toll tag activation (if applicable)?  

A:  Please click HERE to request your gate access. 


Please note that some vehicles are equipped with a metallic windshield which can effect the toll tag to be read. This is a nation wide concern. Here is a link to better explain this:  https://info.glass.com/metallized-windshield-purpose/

 

Q:  How do my guests and visitors enter the community? 

A:  Guests are encouraged to use the call box for access.   

Your guest will arrive at the call box, scroll through to find your name, then will press a number shown next to your name.   

The call box will ring up to your phone.  

You will have one minute of talk time to determine who is at the gate.  

To let them in, press “9” on your phone to open the gate. 

 

Q: How long does it take for my request to be fulfilled?

A: Please allow up to 3 business days for your request to be completed.  If you have not received confirmation of your request being fulfilled within 3 business days, please inquire on the status of the request through TownSq.

 

Q: My gate access is no longer working.  What do I do? 

A: Please email dfwamenity@goodwintx.com. Be sure to include your name and address in your email.
